What transfers are listed on the Scheduled Transfers page?

Listed on this page are scheduled transfers between accounts at our financial institution. All single transfers are listed. For recurring transfers, the next scheduled transfer is listed.   Back to top

How do I view transfers that have already been processed?

By viewing the Account Activity page for the account. Completed transfers are listed the business day after they are processed. To access this page, simply click the Account menu and the Account Activity menu item.   Back to top

How do I view transfers that include an account at another financial institution?

If you can transfer funds to or from an account at another financial institution, you can view these scheduled transfers by viewing the Scheduled External Transfers page. To access this page, click the Transfer Funds menu and the Scheduled External Transfers menu item.   Back to top

What are recurring transfers?

Recurring transfers are funds transfers that you want to repeat at regular intervals.   Back to top

What if I need to change the transfer?

Go to the Scheduled Transfers page. If the transfer is listed on this page, it can be changed. Just click Edit for the transfer that you want to change.   Back to top

How do I know if a scheduled transfer has been processed?

You can add an alert to automatically notify you when a transfer has processed or if a scheduled transfer fails to be processed. You can access the Add Alerts page by clicking the Add Alerts link on the Customer Service Index page.   Back to top

Can I change a single transfer to a recurring transfer?

No, but you could delete the single transfer and then set up a recurring transfer.   Back to top

Can I view deleted transfers?

No. Only scheduled transfers and transfers that have been processed can be viewed online.   Back to top

Can I delete only the next transfer?

No, but you can edit the recurring transfer and change the Start On date to start after the transfer that you want to skip.   Back to top

Listed on this page are scheduled transfers between an account you have with our financial institution and an account with another financial institution. All single transfers are listed. For recurring transfers, the next scheduled transfer is listed.   Back to top

Check the Account Activity page the business day after the external transfer was scheduled to be processed. You can access the Account Activity page by clicking the Account Activity menu item on the Accounts menu.   Back to top

None of my scheduled external transfers are listed on the Scheduled External Transfers page. Why?

This situation may occur when you have over 100 scheduled external transfers or if we are experiencing an unexpected system issue. If you have more than 100 scheduled external transfers, you can add external transfers online but cannot view, edit, or delete any existing external transfers. If you do not have over 100 transfers scheduled, please view this information later.    Back to top

I want to edit or delete a scheduled external transfer but those options are not displayed on the Scheduled External Transfers page. Why?

During our nightly account update processing, external transfers cannot be edited or deleted. At all other times, the edit and delete options are available until we start processing a scheduled external transfer.   Back to top

How many times can a recurring external transfer occur?

That depends on the option you select. You can choose to have external transfers continue indefinitely, continue until a specific date, or continue for up to 99 transfers.    Back to top

Can I add an external transfer account?

If external transfers are available, an external transfer account must be set up with us before you can make an external transfer. Go to the Manage External Transfer Accounts page, click Add an External Transfer Account, and follow the setup instructions to add an external transfer account.    Back to top
