View Statements

The Statements page lists all online statements available to be viewed.

If the Statement feature is available, you can access the Statements page by clicking Statements on the Accounts menu.

  1. Click the Accounts tab.

    Result: The Accounts menu is displayed.

  2. Click the Statements menu item.

    Note: If you have not yet added online statements for any of your accounts, you will be asked to do so.

    Result: The Statements page is displayed.

  3. To view the most recent statement for an account, click Last Statement Date.

    Result: The online statement is displayed in a new browser window.

  4. To view an older statement for an account, click All Statements. From the list of all available statements, click the Statement Date for the statement you want to view.

    Result: The online statement is displayed in a new browser window.

  5. To view a statement for a closed account or an account that is now part of a combined statement, click Select an Account, select the account and click Go. From the list of all available statements, click the Statement Date for the statement you want to view.

    Note: If you open new accounts and want to view their statements online, you must go to the Change Statement Delivery Method page and select the Online option for each account.

    Result: The online statement is displayed in a new browser window.

To view other statements, return to the Statements page. Each statement opens in a new browser window.
