Verify an External Transfer Account

The Verify an External Transfer Account page is used to enter test transaction amounts and complete the external transfer setup process. Once this process is completed, you can use the account to transfer funds to or from an account you have with us to an account at another financial organization.

You can access the Verify an External Transfer Account page by clicking Verify on the Manage External Transfer Accounts page.

Click the Transfer Funds tab.
Result: The Transfer Funds menu is displayed.
Click Manage External Transfer Accounts.
Result: The Manage External Transfer Accounts page is displayed.
Click Verify for the account you want to verify.
Result: The Verify an External Transfer Account page is displayed.
Enter one of the test deposit transaction amounts.
Enter the other test deposit transaction amount.
Click Submit.
Result: A confirmation message is displayed on the Manage External Transfer Accounts page.

Once you have successfully verified the external transfer account it can be used to make external transfers.
