My Alerts

The My Alerts page lists all alerts that you have added. Alerts automatically notify you when a scheduled transaction is processed or if it fails, when a specified balance is reached, or when certificates of deposit (CDs) are maturing.

You can access the My Alerts page by clicking the My Alerts link on the Customer Service Index page.
  1. Click the Customer Service tab.

    Result: The Customer Service Index page is displayed.

  2. Click the My Alerts link.

    Result: The My Alerts page is displayed.
