The Change Address page is used to change your street address.

You can access the Change Address page by clicking the Change Address link on the Customer Service Index page.

1. Click the Customer Service tab.

   Result: The Customer Service Index page is displayed.

2. Click Change Address.

   Result: The Change Address page is displayed.

3. Enter a new address.
4. Indicate which accounts will use the new address.
5. If the change is planned for the future, enter the date on which the new address will start to be used.
