The Customer Service Index page provides direct access to the account and customer service options you have available online, including:

1. Changing Online Banking access information like your password or user ID
2. Customizing online account information
3. Stopping checks
4. Ordering checks
5. Adding or changing contact information, your personal e-mail address, and account notifications

1. Click the Customer Service tab.

   Result: The Customer Service Index page is displayed.

2. Select one of the following options:
   1. Change password
   2. Change user ID
   3. Change e-mail address
   4. Change address
   5. Change user profile
   6. Customize Your Accounts
   7. Change Statement Delivery Method
   8. View Messages
   9. Contact Us
   10. My Alerts
   11. Add an alert
   12. Stop a Check
   13. View stopped checks
   14. Order checks
